Location was good, it had access to many nearby attractions. The room service was decent, they catered to our needs. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was a plus.
The hotel was situated between a party lawn and adventure theme park, which made it noisy. The linens in the room were old and not well-maintained.

Spent my x-mas in this resort. Great atmosphere and amazing staff. the facilities offered were just what I needed to have a good time. the location was the highlight of my stay, close to the river where I was able to practice rafting which was just what I was looking for. the food was also delicious, and the rooms were impeccably clean.
The noise from the party next to the resort made it hard to sleep at night. the pool was also overcrowded, making it hard to find a place to sit and relax.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with the room service being acceptable and prompt. The room itself was luxurious, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the free toiletries in the spacious bathroom. The Wi-Fi in the rooms worked well, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
